Orders & pricing

Product descriptions, images, and prices are shown as accurately as possible. We may correct errors or withdraw offers before acceptance. Prices are in INR unless stated otherwise and include applicable taxes where required.

Acceptance

An order is accepted when we send a confirmation (email/SMS) or ship your items. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, stock issues, or pricing errors.

Use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with security. Content on this site is owned by Naticraft or its licensors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
