We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, here is how returns and exchanges work.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging where applicable.
• Initiate a return within 7 days of delivery unless a longer window is stated on the product page.
• Final sale, personalised, or hygiene-sensitive items may not be returnable—check the product detail page.

How to start a return

Contact us at support@naticraft.com with your order number and reason. We will share the return address and next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe (typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank).

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. We may offer a replacement size/colour or store credit where a direct exchange is not possible.
