Return and Cancellation Policy

We at Naticraft.com strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not happy, we offer a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. You must initiate a return request within 2 days of delivery. To be eligible:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
Tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.
A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) is required.

Refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days after approval.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@naticraft.com within 2 days of delivery, mentioning your order number and reason for return.
Once your return request is approved, we will share the return shipping address and instructions.
You can ship the product back using a reliable courier service. Currently, we do not offer reverse pickup in all locations.
Please ensure the item is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.

Note: Items sent back without prior return request approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@naticraft.com. We will promptly evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund within 2 Days.

Used or damaged products (not due to transit issues)

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
You can raise the exchange query Within 72 Hours of Delivery.

An amount of 200 Rs. (per exchange) will be charged to process your exchange.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, NetBanking, etc.).
In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made to your bank account (we will request your account details once approved).

Note: Banks or payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Cancellation Policy

We offer an easy cancellation process for all our customers.
You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
