1. What sizes are available at Naticraft?

We offer sizes from Small (S) to Extra Extra Large (XXL) in most of our designs. Each product page includes a size chart. Need help choosing your size? Contact us on WhatsApp!

2. How can I track my order?

Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order on the Track Your Order page.

3. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for most locations in India.

4. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, COD is available across most Indian pin codes. You’ll see this option at checkout if it’s applicable for your address.

5. How long will it take to receive my order?

We dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 4–7 working days depending on your location. Metro cities may receive orders faster.

6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes! We offer a 7-day return or exchange policy for unused items in their original packaging. Visit our Returns & Exchanges page to start the process.

7. Are your products handcrafted?

Yes, many of our designs are handcrafted by skilled Indian artisans using traditional techniques like handblock printing and embroidery. Each item is unique and made with care.

8. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is coming soon — subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

9. Can I modify my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we may be able to update your size or address. Please reach out to us here or via WhatsApp as quickly as possible.
